|Ahead of the launch of DasExchange, WebWallet is undergoing some big changes. We’re updating the whole site – it’s going to be easier to use and will feature built-in tutorials. There will also be a comprehensive knowledge guide to support the release, which can be referred to at any time.
Important notice – Get exchange ready
To be able to use DasExchange, trade or withdraw funds from your WebWallet account you must complete the following steps:
1) KYC authentication
KYC or Know Your Customer is the process of verifying your identity on the network. We’re asking everyone to complete the process to ensure security is absolute and we can all use the network safely.
Head to WebWallet and log into your account. You’ll see a message at the top of your dashboard asking you to start the KYC process. Note: If you aren’t prompted to enter your details, you can begin the process in your Account Settings.
You’ll be asked to provide some personal details and may be asked to upload copies of certain documents such as your national ID, driver’s license, a recent utility bill, Passport or birth certificate to verify the information you have provided.
Once your application is approved, we’ll send you an email to let you know the process has been successful.
2) Purchase the Validator hardware device
The Validator will allow you to trade on DasExchange, transfer and withdraw funds by confirming your identity.
Every user is required to use the Validator hardware device to access their funds, ensuring the safest possible experience for everyone on the platform.
The Validator will start shipping in mid-October and can be purchased from the NetLeaders back office at a discounted price.
Those attending our Tokyo Global Summit will have the chance to collect their Validator before anyone else – giving them priority access to DasExchange.
Select ‘Pick up at Tokyo event’ in the NetLeaders store when you purchase. orders must be placed before 23:59 Thursday September 28th to collect in Tokyo.

Building a culture of trust is a goal at the heart of our company. You trust us to deliver on our vision and we trust you to carry that vision across continents and build the incredible network we have today. But what is a culture of trust? It means all of us working together, openly, to build the company and push things forward. It means being able to give and take advice freely from your fellow advocates and feeling able to let us know when something isn’t right. Above all it means you can trust each other to carry out business with integrity. We’re all one team and becoming a successful network starts with a culture of trust. The more we share the more we grow – and that benefits everybody. If you haven’t done so already, you can read our full code of ethics below.
We’d ask that people don’t respond to attacks on the brand moving forward. If someone is spreading false information please report the article or video to firstname.lastname@example.org. The company is now starting a relationship with a major PR agency who will be developing a strategy against these attacks. It’s important that our response is considered and consistent across all markets. The company will be taking responsibility for this. Thank you for your support on this.
Spotlight: Leaders in Vietnam
In each newsletter we shine the spotlight on people going the extra mile to build their businesses or support others.
Last weekend saw the first national NetLeaders event held in Vietnam. On Saturday September 9th a conference with over 2000 guests was held in the capital Hanoi. Following this 300 VIPs flew to the coastal city of Nha Trang where they watched the sunset from the Skylight bar. This is a huge achievement in Vietnam and has been a massive undertaking to organize due to legislation in the country. We’d like to congratulate all the Vietnamese leaders and everyone who made it to the event!
If you think a NetLeader deserves the spotlight, reply to this email with their name and what they’ve been working on and we’ll select a winner for the next newsletter.
The Frequency Lock is 10.2 and will increase again October 1st at 00:01 CET.
Don’t forget, following September 30th any new Cycles purchased or received will not be given a Frequency Lock. Instead they will need to be manually submitted to the Minting Queue and will be subject to the Frequency at the time they are submitted. The Frequency will continue to change on the 1st and 16th of every month.
What does this mean?
It means that starting October 1st, when you purchase a license, you will need to decide when to submit your Cycles to the Minting Queue. You will need to decide if you hold on to your Cycles and wait for your eligible Upgrades (and the doubling of Cycles that come with those) — OR — submit your Cycles right away and forgo the Upgrades but lock in a lower Frequency.
Ask us anything
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Just reply to this email and one of the team will respond to you shortly. We’ll feature the best question in the next newsletter.
